Free delivery may be available when an order reaches a specified value.
Please note that delivery options, prices and estimated timeframes may change from time to time.
The delivery option and cost applicable to your order will always be shown before payment is completed.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes shown on our website or at checkout are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been agreed with you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.
Please remember that delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
• Courier delays
• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Strikes or industrial action
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Unexpected disruption to postal or courier networks
• High demand during seasonal periods
We will always do our best to help if something goes wrong with your delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked delivery service is used, we will provide tracking information when your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the courier's tracking system to update after dispatch.
If your tracking information has not updated for an unusually long period, please contact us and we will look into it for you.
6. Checking Your Delivery Details
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Tiny Threads cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Email: scotty05111981@gmail.com
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us so we can discuss the available options.
7. Delayed Deliveries
We understand that waiting for an order can be frustrating, especially when it is intended for a special occasion.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.
We will check the order and, where appropriate, contact the delivery provider to investigate.
If a specific delivery date has been agreed and we fail to deliver within that agreed timeframe, your statutory consumer rights may apply.
UK consumer law provides protections relating to late or failed delivery, including circumstances where delivery by an agreed date was essential.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights.
8. Missing Orders
If your order appears to have been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:
• Your nominated safe place
• With other members of your household
• With neighbours
• Any delivery notification provided by the courier
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us.
We will help investigate the delivery with the courier where appropriate.
Where Tiny Threads has arranged the delivery, we remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or another person you have nominated to receive them, subject to applicable law.
9. Damaged Parcels
We take care when preparing every order, but parcels can occasionally be damaged during transit.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, take photographs of:
• The outer packaging
• Any visible damage
• The packaging inside the parcel
• The affected product
These photographs can help us investigate the issue with the delivery provider.
Please do not dispose of damaged packaging until we have advised you that it is no longer required.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
10. Incorrect or Missing Items
We carefully prepare orders before dispatch, but mistakes can occasionally happen.
If you receive:
• The wrong item
• The wrong size
• An incomplete order
• A product that is different from what you ordered
please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can investigate and put things right.
11. International Delivery
If international delivery is offered, customers ordering from outside the UK may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are outside Tiny Threads' control and may vary depending on the destination and value of the order.
Any customs or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless we specifically state otherwise.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their destination country.
International delivery times may also vary significantly depending on customs processing and local delivery networks.
12. Delivery Restrictions
Certain locations may have delivery restrictions.
Any available delivery restrictions and applicable delivery charges will be communicated during the ordering process where possible.
If we are unable to fulfil an order because delivery to the selected destination is unavailable, we will contact you and discuss the available options.
13. Orders Placed During Busy Periods
Tiny Threads can experience higher order volumes during:
• Christmas
• School holidays
• Seasonal launches
• Special collections
• Promotional events
• Other particularly busy periods
During these times, processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Where we expect significant delays, we will communicate this as clearly as possible.
If you are ordering for a particular date, such as a birthday or special occasion, we recommend placing your order with enough time to allow for processing and delivery.
14. Delivery and Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your legal rights as a consumer.
For online purchases in the UK, consumers have statutory protections relating to delivery, faulty goods, goods that are not as described and cancellation rights.
Where no other delivery period has been agreed, UK law generally provides for delivery without undue delay and within 30 days.
Where a retailer arranges delivery, responsibility for the goods generally remains with the retailer until the goods reach the consumer or someone nominated by them to receive the goods.
For more information about cancellations and refunds, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
15. Cancelling an Order
If you change your mind about an online order, you may have a statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
For most goods purchased online, the cancellation period generally allows you to notify the retailer within 14 days of receiving the goods, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
Certain exceptions can apply.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full information about cancellations, returns and refunds.
16. Delivery Charges
The delivery charge applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
We will not add undisclosed delivery charges after your order has been placed.
Any additional charges that may apply to international orders, such as customs or import charges, will be outside our control and are addressed separately in this policy.
